We’re looking for a mobile-first Flutter Developer Intern eager to learn and contribute to AI-powered app development, supporting both backend and production-ready mobile builds.
About the Role
At Devello, we build AI-powered mobile and web applications from scratch, moving fast, shipping early, and iterating constantly. We’re looking for a Flutter Developer Intern who is eager to learn by taking ownership of real product features across both mobile and backend. This role is not task-based, it’s responsibility-based. You will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable mobile applications and their backend infrastructure.
What You'll Work On
•Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications
•Architect and build scalable backends using Node.js
•Work extensively with Firebase or Supabase
•Design database schemas and system architecture
•Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, AI automation workflows, content generation systems)
•Implement payment systems and subscription logic
•Optimize performance, security, and scalability
•Deploy and manage production environments
•Monitor analytics, events, and product metrics
•Own the full lifecycle: development → deployment → iteration
What We're Looking For
•Has shipped real mobile applications to production environments, not just experimental or tutorial projects
•Able to design backend architecture and system structure, not only implement endpoints
•Understands how to build scalable systems including authentication, subscriptions, notifications, and AI-driven flows
•Comfortable working with Firebase and/or Supabase in real production scenarios
•Thinks in terms of product impact and user experience, not only feature completion
•Capable of debugging independently and solving complex problems without constant supervision
•Cares about performance, clean code structure, and long-term maintainability
•Takes full ownership, when something breaks, takes responsibility to fix and improve it
•Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and contributing to technical decision-making
