We’re looking for a product-focused UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into clean, scalable, and conversion-driven digital experiences using Figma.

About the Role

At Devello, design directly impacts growth. From mobile apps to web platforms, from onboarding flows to App Store presence, everything must feel intentional, clean, and scalable. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of product design across mobile, web, and growth touchpoints. This role goes beyond screens. It includes designing experiences, store presence, and visual assets that influence user acquisition and retention.

What You'll Work On

Designing mobile-first app interfaces

Designing web applications and landing pages

Creating scalable design systems in Figma

Designing onboarding, paywall, and subscription flows

Preparing App Store assets (icons, screenshots, in-app event visuals)

Designing store listing visuals optimized for conversion

Producing clean social media visuals and product-focused content

Creating simple product photography or mockup-based visuals when needed

Collaborating directly with founders and developers

What We're Looking For

Basic to intermediate experience with Figma (or strong willingness to learn)

Interest in designing both mobile and web interfaces

Familiarity with App Store / Play Store assets is a plus

Awareness of user behavior and conversion-focused design principles

Good visual taste with an interest in modern, minimal design trends

Interest in creating visuals for social media or digital content

Ability to move fast, stay organized, and keep designs clear

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
